By downloading, installing, accessing, copying or otherwise using LottoWiz (the Application) you agree to the terms and conditions of this license agreement.

You assume responsibility for the selection of the Application and for the download, installation, use and results obtained from the Application.

LICENSE:  By purchasing and downloading the Application you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the Application in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

You may use the Application solely for your own purposes and only by way of its intended use.

You may use the numbers generated by the Application solely for your own purposes and only by way of their intended use.

You may install the Application on a single computer.

The License is not transferable.

COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:  The Application is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.  All rights not expressly granted under this license agreement are reserved.  You may not copy, modify or create derivative works based upon the Application in whole or in part.  You may not (nor permit any third party to) alter, modify, merge or adapt the Application.

You are prohibited from charging for, requesting donations for or profiting from any copies of the Application, however made, and from distributing such copies with other products or services of any kind, commercial or otherwise.  You may not loan, rent, lease or license the Application or any copy.

You are prohibited from charging for, requesting donations for or profiting from any numbers generated by the Application and from distributing such numbers with or without other products or services of any kind, commercial or otherwise.

You agree to take adequate steps to protect the Application from unauthorised use or disclosure.

TERMINATION:  This license is effective until terminated.  You may terminate this license agreement at any time by destroying all copies of the Application including any accompanying documentation.  This license will terminate immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any terms and conditions of this license agreement.  Upon termination you must destroy all copies of the Application and accompanying documentation.

BACKUP:  You may make one copy of the Application for backup purposes only and only in support of your own personal use of the Application.

LIMITED WARRANTY:  It is warranted that the Application will substantially conform to the applicable online information.  If the Application does not meet this warranty, to the extent permitted by law, ClickIT's sole and exclusive liability to you will be to refund the amount you paid for the Application.  Except as specifically provided herein, and to the extent permitted by law ClickIT makes no warranty or representation either express or implied, with respect to the Application, including the quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.  ClickIT does not warrant that the functions contained in the Application will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Application will be uninterrupted or error free.  To the extent permitted by law the warranties, conditions, representation, terms and remedies set forth in this Agreement are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  You acknowledge that no promise, representation or undertaking has been made or given in relation to the profitability or benefits to be obtained from the delivery or use of the Application.  You have relied upon your own skill and judgement in deciding to acquire and use the Application.  To the full extent permitted by law, in no event will ClickIT be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special damages or any loss of profit or goodwill in connection with or arising out of performance of the Application and in no event will ClickIT's liability to you for any claim or damage arising out of or in connection with this Agreement exceed the amount paid by you for the Application.
